This place was incredible. Perfect location next to shops, food, my favorite running gear store. The staff were consummate professionals and treated me like I was their most important customer. They explained everything thoroughly, and I felt like they really cared. Breakfast was great, my room was extremely clean, spacious and I felt at ease. I certainly felt like I got a great deal on my room.

We skipped breakfast due to morning brunch somewhere else with friends. We "peaked in" to see what it was like, and it was not overwhelming. The room was nice and the extra space was very convenient... maybe one of the best room setups we've been in. The closet track needed attention, as well as the bathroom light and ironing board. None of this took too much away from our time at the Hyatt.

Loved the staff… booking.com needs an option when traveling with service animals. The hotel did not receive my message I was traveling with her and I paid extra for a room I could not keep because it was a “ no pet floor” I was told the hotel refunded the extra amount. I will see when I check out. The staff is wonderful!

Great breakfast: fresh blueberries, strawberries, & grapes in addition to hot options of pancakes, waffles, & bacon prepared & served throughout breakfast hours. 4. Two large elevators 5. Everything. Probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. We travel a lot to that area and that is our new place to stay. We are on a travel ball team so we are all now staying at the Hyatt in Chesapeake. Clean, big, everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. Very impressive.
