Everyone was nice and extremely helpful! The awesome ladies that took care of the breakfast area was nice enough to bring us turkey sausage because we don't eat pork bacon. Very very sweet!!

1. Very large room with desk & big sofa area separate from bed. 2. Good quality furniture 3. Great breakfast: fresh blueberries, strawberries, & grapes in addition to hot options of pancakes, waffles, & bacon prepared & served throughout breakfast hours. 4. Two large elevators 5. Convenient, quiet location

We skipped breakfast due to morning brunch somewhere else with friends. We "peaked in" to see what it was like, and it was not overwhelming. The room was nice and the extra space was very convenient... maybe one of the best room setups we've been in. The closet track needed attention, as well as the bathroom light and ironing board. None of this took too much away from our time at the Hyatt.

Loved the staff… booking.com needs an option when traveling with service animals. The hotel did not receive my message I was traveling with her and I paid extra for a room I could not keep because it was a “ no pet floor” I was told the hotel refunded the extra amount. I will see when I check out. The staff is wonderful!

This place was incredible. Perfect location next to shops, food, my favorite running gear store. The staff were consummate professionals and treated me like I was their most important customer. They explained everything thoroughly, and I felt like they really cared. Breakfast was great, my room was extremely clean, spacious and I felt at ease. I certainly felt like I got a great deal on my room.

Everything. Probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. We travel a lot to that area and that is our new place to stay. We are on a travel ball team so we are all now staying at the Hyatt in Chesapeake. Clean, big, everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. Very impressive.

We travel all over the US. This was an OUTSTANDING place to stay. Rooms were perfect! Beautiful hotel. Staff was the best! Breakfast was by far the best we've ever had at a hotel. Would pay good money at a restaurant for what we ate. Rate was completely affordable. Would stay here again and wish ALL hotels were like this one. Wonderful experience:)

Breakfast was great! there was service staff at the front desk at all times it was an amazing stay for my first time coming from another State I would definitely stay there again, me & my family was very satisfied & would recommend the Hyatt Pace to everyone traveling there.

The front desk and custodial staff are always so friendly. Rooms are consistently clean. We enjoy the couch sitting area and rotating TV. The beds are firm. Both a soft and firm pillow are provided for your preference. The Hyatt is our first choice when we’re in Chesapeake.
